Utah Coalition for Youth In Treatment is a 501(c)(6) non-profit association of specialty youth programs, schools and services. As a business association we share the common interest of promoting, regulating, protecting, and defending our industry. Our mission is to promote, protect, and defend the families who seek treatment in the state of Utah. We raise our Voice to promote youth treatment, to raise all of our standards, to inform the government and the public of the valuable contributions we make to youth and their families, society, and the health and the prosperity of our state
As a business league, our activities are devoted to improving business conditions of the youth treatment industry in Utah. We engage the full weight and force of our industry to lobby for effective, compassionate, workable laws; to advocate for effective youth treatment options; to engage in public relations to improve the visibility and understanding of our industry; and we will develop and publish universal standards and best practices for youth treatment.
