Good afternoon all Congregate Care Programs,
We wanted to let you know that we have a confirmed meeting with the Office of Licensing for October 27th at 11:30am. This meeting is for all Congregate Care Providers that are licensed by the state.
Part of the discussion will be related to the public hearing held this week about fees. Also we hope to have some discussion about the points we have submitted to the state regarding Restraints, Seclusion/Social Isolation, and Appeals.
Please feel free to send more than one representative. However It is critical that all programs have at least one representative present at this meeting.
This is the time to be involved, heard and collaborate with the state. Please don't expect that another program attending will resolve the concerns you may have.
