This afternoon at 4PM MST, the Senate Business and Labor Committee will be reviewing Bill S.B. 239 - CONGREGATE CARE PROGRAM AMENDMENTS. This directly has the chance to impact your way of operating. It is important that you stay informed and up to date in real time.

This Bill is a continuation of S.B.127 and serves to be a great starting point for much needed industry reform. As a member of the industry, It’s important that your VOICE is part of how these laws and rules are created, defined & implemented.
